I love staying at this classic old school motel when I return to Redfield to see my mom. It’s clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. It’s also inexpensive. But sadly, the owner, Mr. Duane Puffer, passed away in the fall of 2023 and his daughter is looking for a buyer. The last time I stayed there in November, she stated that it will be closed at the end of the year. I will really miss staying there in the future.
This place is a pull your car to the front door type place. Great location to Redfield. If you hunt pheasant or have business in Redfield this place is a great value, large rooms, close to shopping.Rooms are mid century modern but clean.This is a good stay for longterm, on the cheap, central location.
The staff here is amazingly nice and helpful! Only thing is the tv is sideways other then that it's the best value around in town and very safe and quiet other then being by a highway
Perfect motel to rest your head for either an extended or short period of time. Cozy, friendly, management do their best to serve you as a customer (complimentary ice, coffee, WiFi, and refresh of towels), and hospitable staff. I also LOVE the retro-vintage style! Happy the new management took over to reopened this little interstate gem. Definitely coming back.
I'm giving it 5 stars for surpassing my expectations of a typical "old school motel" I work construction and spend a majority of my week days in a hotel and this place was as clean as most of the popular hotel chain places and far cheaper. Don't expect all the fancy updated amenities. Last but not least the older gentleman working the front was very nice. I would come back again!
This is an older motel that has been in Redfield forever. The rooms are classic old school and outdated. But they are clean and the beds and pillows for me were very comfortable. Don't base your stay on how the office looks as it's run by an der gentleman who has made this motel his life. It's a no frills or amenities motel, your typical old school place. But comfortable
It’s nice, a little old fashioned and dated. But well built and clean. Staff was great. They may need to upgrade their phones and, at least put the TV on a swivel mount or move it.
